All McKee Guitars are handcrafted by luthier Austin McKee using all solid wood construction.
You will not find any mass-production lines in our shop. Each guitar constructed by McKee Guitars has its own unique tone and is handcrafted by Austin from start to finish. This means we are creating a one-man guitar, no mass production lines here.
Our wood binding process adds a natural beauty to the guitar that plastic cannot offer while making better glue joints. Solid wood is superior in tone compared to the laminates. By scalloping the braces, the causes the top vibrates more freely, producing a richer tone.
